Our low yields

Of the order of 35 hectoliters per hectare, nearly half of those authorized by the decree of the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée of Costières de Nîmes. These yields are explained by a very short size, a grassy area, and our permanent search for optimal maturities.

Except for the old carignan vinified in carbonic maceration, the whole of the vintage is destemmed.

All our wines are vinified with indigenous yeasts.

An assertive and precise winemaking style

It is based on long vatting, temperature control, long rearing for red wines (from 18 to 30 months), and on the contrary quick bets for whites and rosés to preserve the fruit.

Our aim is to offer varied, rich, balanced, fresh and gourmet wines and, in any case:
