The secrets of our wines

Without big grapes no great wines. We are working on 10 grape varieties from the Rhône Valley in red, white and rosé.

Our vines are from 3 to over 90 years old, and a third is still harvested by hand. In addition to low yields, a perfect exposure of the field and a very strict size. Then comes the technique. Our cellar combines modernity and great tradition with stainless steel, concrete and oak, temperature control, pneumatic press. Finally, there is the vinification and breeding, Diane's business. With the help of indigenous yeasts from the terroirs of Costières de Nimes, and the men around her, Diane marks the wines of her mark.
