Varietals :

Mostly old Carignan of 80 years.

Out put : 20 hl/ha

Winemaking winemaking: ungraved manual harvest. Intra-pellicular fermentation
of 3 weeks. Second fermentation was 300 liters,followed by a
12-month breeding in was.

Tasting: Very beautiful garnet color. Warm, frank and floral nose.
The tannins are fleshy and silky at the same time. Aromas of Kirches cherries associated with hints of peat, the mouth is velvet, the freshness gives a great finesse to this nectar

Wine pairing: Leg of lamb and vegetable tian, Parmentier of duck confit
