Made principally from Syrah (with some Carignan), this wine from costières de Nimes comes from a selection of low-yielding vineyard parcels. Aged for one year in oak, this wine has a dark ruby colour and offers aromas of black fruit, coffee and vanilla. Full-bodied and concentrated, it is well structured and strong on the palate. Costières de Nimes Cuvée Trassegum white

This wine has a straw yellow colour and a floral, vanilla-tinged nose. It offers great balance, with the weight of the roussanne fermented in oak barrels combining perfectly with the perky liveliness of the Grenache and rolle/vermentino fermented in vat. It is full and long on the palate.

With a lighter yellow colour and citrus fruits and white flowers on the nose, this is a wine from costières de Nimes that's all about freshness. It will go wonderfully with fish and shellfish.

Extremely low yields, a delayed harvesting, fermentation and ageing in oak barrels gives this Chardonnay its typicity. A deep golden colour, it offers subtle aromas of citrus fruits and chestnuts mixed with a dash of caramel. Rich and full on the palate yet with a lovely freshness, this wine displays true elegance and complexity.
